Versatile loading scenarios: The mobile siloadmaxX® loading principle
Direct loading from high silo into siloadmaxX® system
There are numerous variants for feeding the bulk material, to which the siloadmaxX® system can be easily adapted. Loading from the high silo into the siloadmaxX® system saves many processes and is therefore the most direct loading option.
Loading from high silo into silo truck, then loading into siloadmaxX® system
In practice, producers often need to keep the high silo free for loading silo trucks. The short detour from the high silo via a silo truck and from there into the siloadmaxX® system is therefore currently the most cost-effective loading option. Both the loading location and the loading scenario are logistically optimized with the siloadmaxX® system according to the requirements.
Versatile material transfers with the siloadmaxX® modular system
Loading scenarios such as the transfer of loose material, bagged goods or material from BigBags are possible with components from the siloadmaxX® modular system. Or the loading of easy-flowing materials with a suction/pressure blower – directly from the material pile and without prior reloading into a hopper with a rotary valve. All connections of the siloadmaxX® system comply with the DIN or ISO standard.
The technology: The structure
The material is pneumatically conveyed gently and quickly under a high volume flow with a maximum pressure of two bar. The air flow is usually provided at the loading site, either by stationary compressors or in the form of truck tractors with integrated compressors. This requires a volume flow of approx. 800 standard m³.
The technique: The procedure
Loading with the mobile siloadmaxX® system is based on the pneumatic material conveying method. The main core component of the system is an electromechanically telescopic pipe system, via which the material to be conveyed is placed in the container and efficiently fed into the ISO container , which is lined with a siloadmaxX® liner bag tailored to the material. Depending on the circumstances, the system can also be optionally extended with an energy module (compressor and power unit), making it virtually self-sufficient.
